Eat 2 Win Nutrition App

Athletes Love It. Everyone Can Use It.

We (one athletic trainer and one registered dietitian) set out to create a resource that is different from all other nutrition apps — a resource that equips and empowers an individual or athlete to improve their eating habits. Knowing what to eat and when then becomes a powerful tool to maximize performance and reach individual or team goals. It is easy to use whether you are an athlete or someone that simply wants to eat better to optimize their preferred weight.

Step One: After the user sets their weight management goal, they are provided with a wide variety of meal plan options based on their caloric needs and body weight goals. The Meal Plan Guides also include vegan and vegetarian options as well as 15,000 healthy restaurant options from over 250 popular restaurants chains.

Step Two: The user can build a support network to help guide, educate and encourage them as they begin tracking their meals. Meals are tracked by taking a picture and all the individuals invited to support that specific person (i.e. Nutrition Monitors) can comment and provide feedback on any meal so everyone is in the communication loop.

Step Three: Competition is an important part of helping to motivate individuals to improve their eating habits. The Eat 2 Win App provides creative ways to join and/or create Challenges to compete with teammates, co-workers, or friends. We offer 4 system-based challenges for all users. As the user engages in Eat 2 Win, they score points and those points will be accumulated and accounted for including any challenges they have joined. Winning an Eat 2 Win Challenge can put cash in your pocket!

The Eat2Win app is free. For those that want maximum participation and support, an in-app subscription is available for a small charge per month or by purchasing a lifetime membership.

My Sports Dietitian was established in 2012 with one simple goal…to help improve an athlete’s eating habits. This is not such an easy mission as one may think as there are many obstacles to overcome! However, through our “food first” approach, we actually see the tremendous results first hand: athletes reach their body weight goals, improve their performance, find the strength they need, recover faster and enjoy overall health and wellness.

But the athlete is simply one person that generally does not work alone! Ronnie Harper and Tavis Piattoly, co-founders of My Sports Dietitian, bring an integral approach to the entire spectrum of service providers that orchestrate and support the athlete’s goals. Our core audience includes not only athletes but coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, nutritionists, personal trainers and educators. Because we see “food” as nutrition, we also appeal to a broader audience that finds our message helpful and impactful to improving their health and wellness.

Our tool box includes a wide variety of digital resources such as eBooks, Courses, Webinars, Podcasts, Blog articles, Meal Plan Guides, Sports Nutrition Software and a Weekly Email service on current news in Sports Nutrition. The Eat 2 Win Nutrition App is the latest resource in a long line of quality products and services. We love to innovate and develop!

Our Story

We are just two guys who love sports that are trying to make a difference in this world. After meeting at an athletic trainer’s conference, we knew that our shared vision could make this difference. We believe in a food first approach to improving sports performance because we see the difference we are making in our athletes lives every day – they are strong, healthy and meeting their goals. We then added a team of rock star Sport Dietitians to deliver outstanding products and services that supports and empowers our ever-growing community.
